Your Friendly Neighbourhood Photographer...

Born and raised in Essex and now based in Ashford, Kent, my love for photography kicked off at a young age, all thanks to my uncle, who inspired me and patiently showed me the ropes, sharing his favourite movies, video games, and everything in between. My passion for media grew while watching classic films, playing video games, experimenting with cameras, and making my own movies. After diving into Digital Film and Screen Arts at the University for the Creative Arts, I decided to turn this passion into a full-time gig.

Since graduating, I’ve focused on developing my skills. I specialise in everything from weddings and on-set unit stills to marketing campaigns, food photography, and portraits. I also have a fun side project called Plastic Heads, where I create lens-based art toy photography, allowing me to be playful with my creativity.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with some amazing people along the way, snapping shots of individuals like Katie Piper, Olly Murs, and George Clooney. I’ve even documented the culinary creations of top chefs such as Michel Roux and Marcus Wareing.

I’m all about learning and improving, always striving to deliver my best for every client.

"Snakes. Why did it have to be snakes?"

A huge influence on me has always been Raiders of the Lost Ark! I wasn’t around when it first came out in 1981, but about 14 years later, my grandparents recorded the trilogy off the BBC at Christmas. Raiders seemed to be on every holiday, and that’s how I first experienced it. From that moment, I fell in love with not just the film, but with movies as a whole - the direction, acting, lighting, music, and all the magic that makes those classic films special. One of my standout moments was seeing it on the big screen with a live orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall in 2016. John Williams’ score is truly one of his best!

Raiders is a timeless masterpiece that keeps giving every time I watch it, and it serves as a constant source of inspiration for me when it comes to framing, posing talent, and visual storytelling in my photography.

And remember, it’s not the years, honey, it’s the mileage!
